There's too many great songs to choose only one
Human Leather Shoes For Crocodile Dandies by Caravan Palace (extravagant title, I know). It’s my favourite song of all time, it’s so mesmerising.

I can't say for sure, but maybe it's Vanatice - Manta, or Vanatice - Halo. Also it can be MDK - Firebird... Predator - Arcade Boss is also a masterpiece. As you can see, it's a lot of really good songs, but can't name the one best :)
